My multifamily journey began in on-site operations in 2012. During this time, I learned, studied and executed practical application of unique leasing, sales, marketing and operations strategies to help reduce vacancies and increase NOI.
In 2016, I transitioned into a dedicated Digital Marketing role. In the years to follow, I created, aligned and executed outreach and digital marketing strategies, implemented social media and reputation policy and provided ongoing training and support for onsite teams.
2021 would usher in a new phase in my career as I ascended into a Corporate Marketing role. This transformative time in my life would allow me to invest in my own education, collaborate and partner with multifamily clients, develop my leadership style, refine my skill sets and build relationships with a national network of colleagues.
It's my specialized expertise and experience that makes me uniquely qualified to help guide and educate clients on best practices and strategies to achieve their goals.
I'm a proud faculty member of the National Apartment Association's Education Institute and also hold NAA's Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations.
